Who remembers their childhood years with their trusted colouring books and crayons? I have taken up colouring as an adult after seeing how many adult colouring books are available.
Some of these can be really expensive and having looked through a few in book stores recently I’ve found that they only contain a few pages I’d actually colour. Having seen that they can be very boring pages if you buy them I have taken it upon myself to create my own pages that I would like to colour in.
How does this help you?
I am now sharing the first page I’ve designed, with you so you too can download great colouring pages for yourself. I am going to be sharing my progress for your expert opinion.
I know my colouring is awesome but I would love to see how you colour the same pages with your own unique style. Simply take a photo or scan it in and share it in the comments section.
For my first colouring page I decided to go with a floral theme. I really had fun with it adding little stars and hearts here and there with some fun little doodle to keep the mind entertained throughout the colouring experience. I can barely wait to get started. My pencils are sharpened, my page printed and now all I need is a nice cup of tea and some quiet time.
This is not going to be the only page I will design so I do hope to hear some great ideas for the next one. I have been considering creating a ship or a bird, maybe even some interesting patterns. Please share your thoughts in the comments section.
So what are we waiting for? Lets get our creative on and start making some magic!!!
